Block User

Our system will notify you in real time which user to block in case of multi-account fraud or other serious fraud.

It is important to block the user as soon as possible so as to avoid financial losses before the fraudulent user can find a way around it.

To do this we have set up a Webhook that can be activated directly from your Betraud area and you will receive the notification in real time.

How to activate the Webhook

To activate the Webhook:

• Access the Betraud area

• Click on Settings

• Click on Webhooks

• Enter the URL where we will send the notification

• Click on Save

You have activated the FraudAI user block notification system.

If you set up an automatic system for blocking users, remember to do some technical checks on the users' IPs. If the IPs are actually different from each other, activate the automatic system; If you notice that only the same or similar IPs arrive, immediately deactivate the webhook.
